About Concord Industrial, Inc.

Concord Industrial was incorporated by Joe Lockrem in 2000 to serve a variety of customers in the Indianapolis area. Our services ranged from HVAC cleaning to pharmaceutical passivation. In 2003, we decided to focus our efforts on high purity and critical cleaning services. We tailored our equipment, manpower, and training to better serve clients in the pharmaceutical, food, and cosmetics industries. Our customer base has grown quite a bit in the last decade. We now send teams to 13 Midwestern states to clean and passivate piping and equipment for some of the world's largest manufacturing companies. In 2006, we began offering cleaning processes for oxygen systems and equipment. We have been fortunate to work with great clients and excellent employees to create ongoing relationships that are the heart of our business.

Joe Lockrem is president and owner of Concord Industrial, Inc. He works closely with customers on a daily basis and is involved with all of our projects. Joe has worked in the industrial cleaning industry for 17 years and brings a results driven approach to every challenge. Joe and his wife Erin have four children and live in Fishers, Indiana. The Lockrem's are members of Saint Simon the Apostle Catholic Church. Joe enjoys playing guitar, recording music, and mountain biking with his family.
